Devon New Build

Nestled in semi-rural Devon, we have been working closely with a young family to create their new forever home. The site is located along a small stream with vegetated boundaries and offers an excellent location for privacy yet with great links to the local town and amenities.

The designs for this new home were originally based upon a timber frame companies’ layouts, however, these have been heavily adapted subsequently leading to a bespoke design throughout stage 2 and 3 to give the clients their dream home that works for all members of their growing family, both now and for the future.
