OUR STORY
Established in 2025 by Claire Lingham, an RIBA/ARB-registered architect since 2014, and Certified Passivhaus Designer, she brings over 15 years of experience in delivering exceptional residential projects. Previously serving as Associate Director at Studio Four Architects in Hampshire, Claire developed extensive expertise in managing complex projects and guiding them from concept through to completion.
Specialising in sensitive sites, particularly within National Parks across Hampshire and the South Coast, the practice has built a reputation for combining innovative design with practical, achievable solutions. Claire is consistently recommended by clients for her thoughtful approach, clear communication, and ability to navigate challenging planning environments.
Over the years, Claire has developed a portfolio spanning contemporary new builds, traditional extensions, and bespoke renovations — always tailored to the character of the site and the lifestyle of the client. With sustainability at the heart of their work and Passivhaus certification in place, the practice ensures every project balances environmental responsibility with long-lasting beauty.
