Don't Move, Improve

Sometimes the most sustainable approach isn’t to demolish and rebuild, but to adapt what’s already there. This project is a perfect example—the house had a generous footprint and solid structural design, but lacked an effective layout, cohesive aesthetic, and a strong connection to the garden and surrounding views.
