New Flint House

We are currently assisting @susiegreenwoodinteriors with the technical design for this new build brick and flint house in Hampshire.

Working with @ecologichq, @awaengineers and @buildpass, the project will provide high levels of insulation and air tightness with PV, air source heat pumps and MVHR.

The house layout provides a glass link entrance hall between the 2 house structures, an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, separate large living room, downstairs study and utility / boot room spaces as well as 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Works starting on site very soon.
