COURT DROVE

​A Technical Details Planning Application has been submitted for 7 new self - build dwellings following approval of a ‘planning in principle’ application for a site within Basingstoke & Deane Council.

Over the past few months we have collaborated with Lisa Jackson Planning, Indigo Landscaping, CEP, Eco Urban, Ecological Services & Buildpass to develop proposals for 7 new homes on behalf of local clients. Two of the dwellings have been designed to meet part m4(3) building regulations standards, providing full wheelchair accessibility.

The proposed new homes will be constructed using low-carbon, sustainable building methods, helping to deliver energy-efficient and environmentally responsible housing for the local community.
