Design Intent

A pre-app was submitted initially to the Local Authority for the site, which resulted in positive feedback and the support for a new proposal to the site which would represent a significant improvement upon the Class Q approval.

The proposal has been designed to reflect a farmyard, with units clistered together to appear as a 'farmhouse', stable conversion and threshind barn.

The project represents a 38m2 reduction in overall built footprint on the site.
